Self-Noticing Student Reflections

Part 1

The following activity aims to promote your self-awareness and self-management and is split into three parts. To get the most out of these reflections, please be honest and nonjudgmental. Submit your responses to each part before exiting this window or quitting your browser. You must submit each part before proceeding to the next one. Once submitted, entries are locked. It is recommended that you discuss the follow-up activity with your instructor before completing it (typically completed 4–6 weeks later).

Students who explicitly name their inner obstacles and desired outcomes are significantly more likely to close the gap between who they are and who they want to be. These reflections are grounded in that research.
